1. ORDERING PROCEDURES

Step 2 - Contact Balloon Planet by phone or email to request a firm quote. You will be asked to email your art to service@balloonplanet.com.

Step 3 - Once your art is received, we will email a quote which includes an electronic proof showing how your art will appear on the balloon.

Step 4 - If our quote is acceptable and you would like to proceed with placing an order, you will be asked to provide a credit card and your order will be immediately submitted for printing. At this point the order cannot be canceled and no changes can be made.

3. OVERVIEW

THE BRAND
• All balloons are Qualatex™ latex, the best grade available.

BALLOON COLORS
• Select up to six balloon colors per order.
• Add $5 per additional balloon color if ordering more than six colors.
• Add 20% if Metallic, Neon, or Pearl colors are included with order.
• Super Agate colors are available with a surcharge. Contact us for details.

INK COLORS
• Standard printing colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Dark Green, Royal Blue, Purple, Pink, Brown, Burgundy, Teal, White, Gold, or Silver
• Add $40 per color for custom ink blends. Minimum order is 200 balloons.
• With a single printing order, an image can be printed in a single ink color or the ink color can be changed during the printing process to provide better contrast, such as White ink on a Red balloon and Red ink on a White balloon. See the Coca Cola example above. Add $35 for change of ink color. The minimum order for ink changes is 200 balloons.

TWO-COLOR PRINTING
• We do not print multi-colored art.

PRINTED IMAGE SIZE
• Images are always printed on the balloon as large as possible, unless otherwise requested.
• Text will print larger if several stacked lines of text are used instead of one or two long lines of text.

SECOND SIDE PRINTING
• Two-sided printing of the same image is available for orders of 1,000 or more. Add $10 per 100 balloons.
• Two-sided printing using two different images is available for orders of 1,000 or more. Add $10 per 100 balloons and $35 for the second plate charge.

MULTIPLE IMAGES
• As noted above, two separate images may be printed on one balloon, with one on each side. The minimum order is 1,000 balloons.
• For orders of less than 1,000 balloons, each image printed must be printed as a separate order. For example, if you had ten pieces of art, and you wanted each piece of art printed by itself, this would require ten separate orders, and the minimum order for each piece would be 100 balloons. The same policy applies to text — every different text message, name, or number is treated as a piece of art.

4. ART REQUIREMENTS
• Art must be emailed as vector art saved as an EPS file. Specific fonts should be converted to outlines.
• Images must be provided in Black and White. Add $10 for conversion if art is submitted in color.
• You will receive an illustrated proof showing how the art will appear on a balloon, as part of our quote.

5. PRODUCTION TIME
• Allow 10 business days for production, plus shipping time.
• Add $50 rush charge with 5-9 business days for production.
• Add $80 rush charge with 2-4 business days for production.

6. SHIPPING OPTIONS
The following prices are for USA shipments. International shipping will be quoted per order.

• Add $45 for 2-Day shipping
• Add $75 for Overnight shipping

7. TAXES
• Sales tax is required only in Washington state (9.5%).

8. HELIUM INFLATION AND LOCAL DELIVERY
Our printing service does not include inflating the balloons with helium. To calculate this cost, VISIT THIS PAGE and use the appropriate table. Subtract .20 per balloon as compensation for providing the balloons which will be inflated.

10. SPEC SAMPLES
If an electronic graphic proof is not sufficient, spec samples are available. Prices start at $125 per design with standard shipping. Additional charges apply for ink color changes, PMS ink matches or special ink colors, expedited shipping, and rush service. Please contact us for a formal quote.
