1. Our minimum order is $44.95 worth of balloons/weight posted in your shopping cart. This does not include gift items (candy or teddy bears).

2. The delivery charge and processing fee are additional and will appear in your shopping cart.

3. Taxes apply in some locations and will appear in your shopping cart, if applicable.

4. Ribbon tethers for each balloon are approximately 7.5 feet long. Ribbon colors are matchted as closely as possible to balloon colors, unless otherwise instructed. To adjust balloon heights/positions, balloons may be removed from their weights by untying the ribbon tethers.

5. Add a weight to your order for every group of balloons. For example, if you order 9 balloons and you want them delivered as 3 groups of 3 balloons, be sure to include three weights as part of your order. Use the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box in your shopping cart to provide any instructions that you feel will may clarify how you would like your order handled.

6. FLOAT TIMES

Mylar balloons (foil type) float for two weeks or more, however, they will usually begin to soften after 2-3 days. It is possible to top-off these balloons by inserting a drinking straw through the self-sealing valve and blowlng air into the balloon, then removing the straw and pinching the valve to ensure it is closed.

Latex balloons (rubber type) will float for varying times, ranging from 20 hours to 5 days. If you need latex balloons that will float for several days, look for an indication that the balloons include our Hi-Float® treatment.
