1. DELIVERY OPTIONS

Below are descriptions of delivery timing options. All availalbe options will appear in a menu within your shopping cart. Look for the line item titled DELIVERY TIME AND CHARGE.

A. Standard Delivery Service
We offer three 6-hour time frames with our Standard Delivery Service —

8am to 2pm
9am to 3pm
10am to 4pm

The delivery will arrive any time during the time frame if the order is destined to a business, hospital, hotel, banquet hall, or school. Please refer to this page for exceptions.

The delivery charge for Standard Delivery Service will range from $0 to $35 in most urban locations. Higher charges may apply in outlying areas.

The delivery charge will appear when an item is added to your shopping cart, allowing you to see the grand total before proceeding with the order. The delivery charge will not increase as more balloons are added to your cart.

To qualify for delivery service, your order must include a minimum order of $44.95 worth of balloons (gift items, delivery charge, processing fee, and tax are not included in this minimum).

B. Same Day Service
Same day service can be ordered online in many cities for a $5 surcharge. To see if same-day service is available, use the CAN WE DELIVER? feature in the top left column of this page.

C. Special Delivery Service — When Timing is Critical
When a tighter delivery time frame is desired, Special Delivery Service may be available if the order is scheduled at least one day in advance. The following surcharges apply on top of the standard delivery charge.

Any 4 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $15 delivery surcharge
Any 3 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $20 delivery surcharge
Any 2 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $25 delivery surcharge
Any 1 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $45 delivery surcharge

Delivery between 5am and 6am — $150 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 6am and 7am — $125 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 7am and 8am — $75 delivery surcharge

Delivery between 3pm and 6pm — $45 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 4pm and 7pm — $45 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 5pm and 8pm — $45 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 6pm and 9pm — $45 delivery surcharge

Some of these options may appear on your shopping cart page in the delivery time menu, and thus may be selected online. If the desired time does not appear, please call for assistance.

2. OVERVIEW OF TOTAL CHARGES
The product prices on our web site are base prices to which ancillary charges will be added.

Ancillary charges will appear in your shopping cart and will include one or more of the following:

- Processing Fee
- Sales Tax
