1. DELIVERY OPTIONS
A. Standard Delivery Service
We offer three time frames for Standard Delivery service —
8am to 3pm
9am to 4pm
10am to 5pm
The delivery charge for standard service ranges from $10 to $39 in metro areas. Higher charges may apply in some outlying or remote areas.
The delivery charge will appear on the order summary page and can be viewed before submitting the order. Customers are invitied to call prior to placing an order to learn the delivery charge to a particular postal code/zip code.
B. Same Day Service
Same day service can be ordered online for deliveries in the US and Canada if the order is placed by 9am Eastern Time on the day of delivery.
After this deadline, same-day service can be arranged by phone, assuming a delivery slot is available. There is no surcharge for same day service.
C. Special Delivery Service — When Timing is Critical
In cases where a tighter delivery time frame is desired, Special Delivery Service may be available for the following additional charges (added to the standard delivery charge). These charges may be higher during periods of high demand.
Any 3 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $10 delivery surcharge
Any 2 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $15 delivery surcharge
Any 1 hour period, between 8am and 5pm — $25 delivery surcharge
Any 30 minute period, between 8am and 5pm — $45 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 7am and 8am — $75 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 5pm and 6pm — $75 delivery surcharge
Delivery between 6pm and 7pm — $75 delivery surcharge
Special Delivery Service must be requested by phone and is subject to the availability of the desired time slot. Once the order is accepted the selected delivery time is guaranteed.
2. OVERVIEW OF TOTAL CHARGES
Balloon delivery service requires a minimum purchase of $45.95 worth of balloons, not including gift items such as candy and Teddy Bears. Additional charges include the following:
• USA — Delivery Charge + $5.95 Processing Fee + Tax*
• Australia — Delivery Charge + $5.95 Processing Fee + 10% GST
• Canada — Delivery Charge + $5.95 Processing Fee + 6% GST
• United Kingdom — Delivery Charge + $5.95 Processing Fee
*In the USA, sales tax is charged only in Washington State
