15. What happens if the recipient is not present upon delivery?

Because many of us leave work early to celebrate special occasions, customers are encouraged to check that the recipient will be at work on the scheduled delivery day.

If the recipient is absent from a place of business when we arrive, the order will be left with colleagues.

For details about hospital and residential deliveries, please click here.

16. What happens if the delivery is refused?

If the delivery is refused by the recipient or if the building will not permit us to leave the balloons for the recipient, the order will be returned to the shop, where it will be held for pickup by the recipient. No refund will be issue in such cases. If a redelivery is requested, the additional cost will be quoted to the customer for approval before the redelivery is attempted.

17. How long will balloons float?

Float times vary depending on many factors. Click here complete details.

18. What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant which coats the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex pores. When applied to balloons to be used indoors, it can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.

19. How can I prevent balloons from popping?

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, sharp or hot objects, and tiled ceilings. Before releasing a group of balloons to float on the ceiling, release two or three as a test.
