Cancellations & Changes
Submitting an order online or by phone indicates acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
Balloon bouquet orders may be canceled, changed, or rescheduled using the following guidelines.
Decorating orders have different cancellation guidelines which can be viewed here.
1. HOW TO CANCEL Please send your request by email to service@balloonplanet.com. We will respond with a cancellation confirmation. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact customer service by phone. Please do not consider your order canceled until you have received a printed confirmation by email or fax.
2. DEADLINES FOR CANCELING AND CHANGING AN ORDER
FOR ORDERS BEING DELIVERED IN THE USA AND CANADA Request must be received by 12pm Pacific Time, one day prior to the delivery date.
FOR ORDERS BEING DELIVERED IN OTHER COUNTRIES Request must be received by 12pm Pacific Time, two days prior to the delivery date.
3. CANCELLATION FEE
A cancellation fee of $25 applies to cancellations received by the deadlines noted above.
Full forfeiture of payment applies to cancellations received after the deadlines noted above.
4. WAIVERS TO THE CANCELLATION FEE
Applies only to orders placed online (not phone orders): The $25 cancellation fee will be waived for a cancellation received within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order is not scheduled for delivery within 24 hours.
Applies to both online and phone orders: Repeat customers will not be charged a cancellation fee for an order canceled by the deadlines noted in section 2 above.
