We aim to provide customers with the specific balloons shown on our site, with a minimum of substituting. And although substituting may on occasion be necessary, our partners operate with the following guidelines, designed to maximize your satisfaction. 


1. BALLOON DECOR

Substitutions with decor ordered from the Balloon Decor section of the web site will not be made without prior approval of the client.

2. BALLOON BOUQUETS

The following policies apply to balloon bouquet deliveries, both custom created and pre-packaged arrangements.

A. USA OPERATIONS

Without prior approval from the client, the following designs WILL NOT be substituted:

1) Large mylar balloon shapes (baby shapes, giant numbers, airwalkers, animals, licensed characters, flowers, insects, ect)
Exceptions: There are various designs for First Birthday No 1 Shapes, Rubber Duckies, and Baby Bottles
2) Mylar 18in theme balloons with specific messages, such as GO BANANAS, PARTY PUP, SWEET Sixteen, OLDER THAN DIRT and other Over The Hill messages.
3) Singing balloons
4) Bubble balloons
5) Specifically selected latex balloon colors
6) Speciically selected plain mylar balloon colors
7) Latex specialty shapes (Blossoms, Donuts, Pacifiers, Lifsavers, Airships, Twisty Collars)

Variations of the designs shown on the web site may occur with the following balloons:

1) Hot air balloons may vary slightly in their ribbon treatments, however, all will use satin ribbon (may be acetate satin) and include a wooden/reed basket with handle.

2) Mylar licensed theme balloons in the 18in size may vary by design, but the occasion (such as Happy Birthday) and the licensed themed character (such as Thomas the Tank) will be retained.

3) Our non-licensed selection of 18in mylar balloons may vary in design for the following occasions:

- Get Well
- Happy Anniversary
- Happy Birthday
- Happy Retirement
- I Love You, We Love You
- It's A Boy, It's A Girl, Welcome Baby
- Thank You
- Thinking of You
- Welcome, Welcome Back
- You'll Be Missed

4) Personalized age 18in mylar balloons may vary in design from what is shown on the site.

5) Mylar Megaloon Number balloons are available in Blue, Red, Purple, Silver, and Gold. Unless special arrangements are made when ordering, any one of these colors, or a combination of these colors, may be used. The exceptions are the Princess Birthday bouquets, where the Megaloon numbers are always Silver.

6) Airspray and Birthday prints may vary from what is shown, and color/print combinations may vary from the specific combinations shown.

7) The default color spectrum used for latex balloons is a Jewel Tone Rainbow assortment. Exceptions are bouquets that specifically call for other colors, such as pastels or Gold/Silver.

USA SATISFACTION GUARANTEED POLICY

In the event that a substitution becomes necessary that is contrary to the guidelines noted above, and we are unable to contact the client for approval prior to delivery, we will proceed with the delivery using the substituted item. If the customer is not fully satisfied with the substitution, a full refund for the specific substituted item will be issued.

B. INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

Without prior approval from the client, the following designs WILL NOT be substituted:

1) Mylar balloon shapes (giant numbers, airwalkers, animals, ect)
Exceptions: There are various designs for First Birthday No 1 Shapes and Rubber Duckies
2) Singing balloons
3) Specifically selected latex balloon colors
4) Speciically selected plain mylar balloon colors
5) Latex specialty shapes (Donuts, Airships, Twisty Collars)

Variations of the designs shown on the web site may occur with the following balloons:

1) The Happy Birthday Cheer Star Connext mylar balloon may be substituted with any other jumbo Happy Birthday design, which may be round, square, or star-shaped.

2) The Slice of Cake mylar balloon may be substituted with a Happy Birthday Giant Cupcake mylar balloon.

3) Our non-licensed selection of 18in mylar balloons may vary in design for the following occasions:

- Get Well
- Happy Anniversary
- Happy Birthday
- Happy Retirement
- I Love You, We Love You
- It's A Boy, It's A Girl, Welcome Baby
- Thank You
- Thinking of You

4) Personalized age 18in mylar balloons may vary in design.
