HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND ORDER BALLOON DELIVERY SERVICE
For orders to Australia, Canada, and the UK, return to this page after reading SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERING.
Step 1 - On the Home Page, locate the Start Here - Can We Deliver? search feature in the left column.
Step 2 - Enter the Postal Code of the delivery location and the desired delivery date. A message will appear advising if service is available to that location on that date. If service is available, continue to Step Four.
Service may not be available for two reasons — 1) We do not offer delivery service to the address requested, or 2) A delivery slot is no longer available on the date requested.
Please call our toll free number for assistance if service is not available. We can usually provide a referral in such cases.
Step 3 - Do not set up an account at this point. In order to set up an account, you must first select items to purchase and add them to your cart.
You have the option of creating a customized bouquet ($39 minimum) or selecting a ready-made bouquet (starting at $39.95).
To create a customized bouquet, click on the CUSTOMIZE-USA link in the navigation banner at the top of the page which will take you to a table of contents. From that page click on the desired occasion.
To select a ready-made bouquet, use one of the links from the home page to begin viewing bouquet options for specific occasions.
Once you have completed adding items to your cart you will be prompted to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. At this point you will begin setting up your account, a process which begins with entering an email address and an account password.
Your total charge, including delivery and taxes (where applicable), will appear as part of your final summary. If you run into difficulty, please contact us by phone or email for quick assistance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Orders for Decorating and Imprinting Due to the technical details and special charges related to Balloon Decorating and Balloon Imprinting orders, we request that customers contact us by phone or email for assistance with ordering these services (see contact info at bottom of page).
2. Delivery Charges Delivery charges vary by Postal Code and usually range from US$15 to US$25. Outlying areas may be higher. To learn a delivery charge for a specific location, please call us with the Postal Code of the delivery location.
3. Taxes - USA All services are tax exempt in all US states unless the order is delivered in Washington State.
4. Taxes - Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK All orders for delivery in Canada are charged 7% GST, but no provincial tax. No taxes are charged for service in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
5. Should I order by phone or online? We welcome phone orders during business hours (see hours below).
6. Same Day Deadline Same-day service for the USA and Canada can be ordered online up until the following times on the day of delivery — 6am Pacific Time (Los Angeles) 9am Eastern Time (New York) 2pm GMT (London)
After this deadline same-day service must be processed by phone, during business hours as noted below, and is subject to a time slot being available in the city where service is desired.
