IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES
All prices are in US Dollars.
1. DELIVERY & SET-UP CHARGE
The delivery and set-up charge for items ordered in the Decor Store varies from the delivery charge schedule used for our standard balloon delivery service. A 20% delivery and set-up charge applies to orders from the Decor Store, with a $55 minimum. This rate may be higher for service outside of normal business hours, for service outside of the general service area of the BalloonPlanet.com affiliate partner providing the service, or when the delivery/set-up time provided by the client is less than 3 hours. Please call for a firm delivery and set-up charge.
2. PROCESSING FEE
Order valued up to $200: Processing Fee — $5.95
Order valued $201 to $500: Processing Fee — $7.95
Order valued $501 to $900: Processing Fee — $12.95
Order valued over $900: Processing Fee — $24.95
In cases where special illustrations or other special efforts are made in conjunction with the processing of an order, the Processing Fee may vary from those shown above.
3. TAX
Sales tax applies only in Washington State.
4. SERVICE AREA
Decorating service is sold only in the USA. Please contact us by email for referrals in other countries.
5. MINIMUM ORDERS
Delivery and product requirements may result in minimum orders in some locations.
6. LEAD TIME
In order to allow time for special order products to be shipped without additional expedited shipping charges, we recommend that reservations be made at least one week in advance. Reservations are subject to delivery slot availability at the time the order is placed.
7.REMOVAL OF DECOR
Removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided if this service is required.
8. PAYMENT
Prepayment is required by credit card or check, unless an account has been established.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders cancelled with 6+ days notice: 20% service charge
• Orders cancelled with 3-5 days notice: 50% service charge
• Orders cancelled with less than 72 hours notice: 100% service charge
10. FLOAT TIMES
Float times vary depending on balloon size, design, and elevation. For extended float times, ask about adding Hi-Float® to your order. The cost is approximately $ .50 per balloon.
Sample Float Times at Sea Level
11-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 20 hours
11-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 5-8 days
16-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 40-45 hours
16-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 5-8 days
Mylar balloons: Remain full for 3-5 days but will float 14-30 days
