IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR ORDERING
1. BOUQUET CONFIGURATIONS
View illustrations showing how many balloons are required for various balloon bouquet configurations — very helpful when deciding how many balloons you will need and what kind of look will work best for your event.

Weights are not included and should be ordered unless you have your own.

4. RIBBON ATTACHMENTS
Ribbon tethers are 8 feet long prior to being tied to balloons. Once attached to the balloon, the remaining length is just over 7 feet long. Unless otherwise requested, the ribbon color is matched to the balloon color. Slight color variations may occur.
5. FLOAT TIMES
LATEX 11-INCH BALLOONS
Without Hi-Float®, 11-inch latex balloons will float for 12-20 hours. We recommend you order balloons with Hi-Float® if your balloons are being delivered early in the day for an evening event — they will remain larger and perkier. If your balloons are being delivered the day prior to the event, you absolutely need to order balloons with Hi-Float®. Float times noted apply to indoor use. Latex balloons used outdoors may pop shortly after being exposed to direct sunlight.
LATEX 16-INCH BALLOONS
Without Hi-Float®, 16-inch latex balloons will float for at least 30 hours. If your balloons are being delivered early in the day for an evening event — you do not need Hi-Float®. If your balloons are being delivered the day prior to the event, you should order the balloons with Hi-Float®. Latex balloons used outdoors may pop shortly after being exposed to direct sunlight.
MYLAR BALLOONS
Mylar balloons will remain full and snappy for at least 3 days and are not made to be used with Hi-Float®. They are the best option if your balloons are to be displayed outdoors in direct sunlight.
6. DELIVERY OPTIONS
Timing is almost everything, but don't forget placement. Our standard delivery service does not include arranging your balloons into bouquets. You will need to allow time to do this yourself or schedule this service with our staff by placing your order by phone. Here are four options to consider.
OPTION 1: Dropped Off Only — Using Normal Delivery Time Frames
• Recommended only for orders that include the use of Hi-Float® (extends float time).
• Online ordering available.
• Customer can schedule delivery time 8am-3pm, 9am-4pm, or 10am to 5pm
• Balloons are delivered in large groups and tied to convenient tie points upon arrival.
• In some locations the balloons will be delivered in large plastic bags.
• Weights are available for purchase (customer attaches balloons to weights with OPTION 1).
• Delivery charge for most locations: $15 to $30 (based on zip code)
OPTION 2: Dropped Off Only — Within a 3 Hour Time Frame
• Must be arranged by phone.
• Delivery will be during reserved 3 hour period selected by customer.*
• Balloons are delivered in large groups and tied to convenient tie points upon arrival.
• In some locations the balloons will be delivered in large plastic bags.
• Weights are available for purchase (customer attaches balloons to weights with OPTION 2).
• Delivery charge for most locations: $25 to $40 (based on zip code)
OPTION 3: Delivered, Attached to Weights — Within a 3 Hour Time Frame
• Must be arranged by phone.
• Delivery will be during reserved 3 hour period selected by customer.*
• Balloons are delivered to one central location, tied to weights.
• Weights are available for purchase or customer's weights can be used.
• The balloons are not arranged in any particular fashion.
• Arranging and placement are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery charge for most locations: $35 plus $2.00 per bouquet (weights not included)
OPTION 4: Full Service — Within a 3 Hour Time Frame
• Must be arranged by phone.
• Delivery will be during reserved 3 hour period selected by customer.*
• Balloons are delivered, arranged, tied to weights, and positioned as requested.
• Weights are available for purchase or customer's weights can be used.
• Delivery charge for most locations: $35 plus $3.00 per bouquet (weights not included)
*Three hour period must fall between 8am and 5pm.
Custom quotes will be provided for the following:
• Delivery prior to 8am or after 5pm
• A delivery window of less than 3 hours
