Once you receive a confirmation of your order by email, this is evidence that your order has been routed to the city where it will be delivered. If you failed to receive a confirmation, you may confirm that your order has been routed properly by calling us at 866-340-1268 during business hours.
If you would like an estimated time of delivery, please call after 11am Pacific Time for an update, on the date the delivery is scheduled. Your inquiry can be expedited by providing us with the last four digits of your order number.
Because of the volume of Valentine's orders, updates are not available on February 13th and 14th.
