Now this is a great balloon photo! Credit goes to David Gully, our partner in Sacramento, owner of Balloons Are Up. The event was the ceremonial swearing-in of the city’s new mayor, Kevin Johnson, at Memorial Auditorium on November 25. Great concept! Great execution!

This summer we discovered the red balloons of Rio, the black balloons of the Nakba, and the orange balloons of British Columbia. Now add to that list the clear balloons of Korea.
