When ordering balloons to be helium-filled and delivered in the USA, the minimum value in balloons must equal or exceed $49.95 USD. This does not include gift items such as plush (Teddy Bear) and candy, the delivery charge, or sales tax where applicable.

Most delivery charges in the USA range from $15 to $39 but may be higher for outlying areas. To see the delivery charge for a particular zip code, add any item to your shopping cart and it will appear as a line item in the summary of charges. The delivery charge will remain the same regardless of how many items are added to your shopping cart.
