View Order Status

Please Note: 

We are unable to provide an exact time of delivery within the chosen delivery window.  The delivery time is coordinated between our local balloon designer and the recipient either the day prior or the day of delivery.  The status of your order will not change from ‘Confirmed’ until after the balloons are received and our delivery driver returns from their route for the day.  The status of your delivery will be updated by end-of-day and may not be updated until after the chosen delivery window.

Explanation of Your Delivery Status

Pending:  Your order has been placed and our local balloon designer is reviewing your order details.  We will contact you if there are questions about your order. 

Confirmed:  Your order has been reviewed and confirmed.  The delivery date is the guaranteed date of delivery.  The delivery window is the guaranteed time frame of delivery.

Delivered:  Your order has been delivered.  A timestamp of delivery and the name of the person who accepted the delivery will be listed in your confirmation email.
