What the statuses mean
- Received
- We have your order and it's waiting to be reviewed.
- Pending
- Our local balloon designer is reviewing your order. We'll contact you if we have questions.
- Confirmed
- Your order has been reviewed and confirmed. The delivery date and delivery window are guaranteed.
- Out for delivery
- It's delivery day: your balloons go out within your delivery window.
- Delivered
- Your order has been delivered. Your confirmation email lists the delivery time and who accepted it.
- Rescheduled Revised
- The order or its delivery was changed after it was placed.
- Having trouble
- Something came up with this order and we're working on it. We'll contact you, or you can message us any time.
- Cancelled
- This order was cancelled.
About delivery times: we can't give an exact time within your delivery window. Our local balloon designer and the recipient arrange it the day before or on the day of delivery. The status stays "Confirmed" until the driver is back from the day's route, so it's updated by the end of the day, sometimes after your delivery window.
