Can you deliver balloons to a hotel?expand_more
Yes. We deliver to the hotel's concierge, front desk, bell desk or loading dock, depending on the hotel, and the hotel takes the balloons to the guest. Ask the hotel ahead of time to bring them to the guest.

What should I put in the delivery address?expand_more
The guest's full name as it is on the reservation, and the hotel's name and address. Choose a delivery date when the guest is staying there, and Hotel as the location.
When is a hotel delivery complete?expand_more
When the balloons are delivered to the hotel. Getting them to the guest is up to the hotel, so let the hotel know they're coming. Our delivery policy has the details.
