Yes, in many areas. Same-day orders must be placed online rather than over the phone, and they're subject to availability and order cutoff times that vary by delivery location. Email a photo of the balloons and your order number to service@balloonplanet.com within 3 days of the delivery, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. You can also choose "Problem with my delivery" in the message form above.

We deliver nationwide, including to hospitals, businesses, and private residences. Some locations have extra requirements. For hospitals, please include the recipient's full name, room or department, and the facility address so our local florist can complete the delivery. You choose a delivery window when you order, and your delivery date and window are guaranteed. An exact time inside the window can't be promised, since deliveries are routed locally, but you can add your event's start time to your order or message and we'll aim for it. See delivery options for more.
