Can I order same-day delivery by phone?expand_more
No, same-day orders must be placed online rather than over the phone. For questions, call us at (866) 966-8964 or send us a message.
When will same-day balloons arrive?expand_more
Within the delivery window you choose at checkout. For homes without a doorman, the local balloon artist calls the recipient to set the time.
Does someone need to be there to receive the balloons?expand_more
Yes. Someone has to accept the balloons in person: we can't leave them at the door, so we can't make surprise deliveries to a home. At a business, if the recipient is out, we leave the balloons with a coworker.
Are the balloons inflated?expand_more
Yes. A local balloon artist fills them with helium and delivers them fully inflated, and we guarantee 2 days of float time indoors.
Can same-day balloons go to a hospital?expand_more
Yes, in many areas. Hospitals don't allow latex balloons, so choose foil balloons and check with the hospital that the patient can receive balloons. See hospital balloon delivery.
