Decorating Service Details

1. DELIVERY CHARGE
The delivery charge will appear in the shopping cart.

2. PROCESSING FEE
A processing fee is added to each order and will appear as a separate line item in the shopping cart.

3. TAX
Applicable sales tax or GST will be noted in the shopping cart.

4. PLACING LARGE ORDERS ONLINE
Please check by phone before placing an order over $500 with less than 5 days notice, to ensure that sufficient inventory is available.

5. INSTALLATION TIME
When placing an order online you will be offered several time slots. Please call to place your order if your timing requirements are more specific.

6. OUTDOOR DECORATING
Please call to place your order if the balloons will be used outdoors.

7. REMOVAL OF DECOR
Removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided if this service is required.

8. PAYMENT
Orders must be prepaid by credit card when the order is placed unless other arrangements have been made.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Orders which include special order items:

• Canceled with 2 weeks notice: 20% of order value
• Canceled with 6-13 days notice: 25% of order value
• Canceled with 3-5 days notice: 50% of order value
• Canceled with 2 days notice: 75% of order value

B. Orders which do not include special order items:

• Canceled with 2 weeks notice: $25.00
• Canceled with 6-13 days notice: $25.00
• Canceled with 3-5 days notice: 30% of order value
• Canceled with 2 days notice: 50% of order value

10. FLOAT TIMES
Float times vary depending on balloon size, balloon type, elevation, humidity, temperature, and whether or not they are used indoors or outdoors. Please call for more details.

Sample Float Times at Sea Level, Indoors, Low Humidity, 70 Degrees F

11-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 20 hours
11-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 3-5 days
16-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 40-45 hours
16-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 3-5 days
Mylar balloons: Remain full for 3-5 days but will float 14-30 days

11. RECONFIRMATION
An automated confirmation of your order will be sent by email. A representative from our decorating staff will call within 48 hours (not including holidays or weekends) to reconfirm your order and ensure that all pertinent details have been addressed.
