Introducing PEP — The Partner Enrollment Program
Earn income from the new partners you sponsor!
Our goal is to offer service to every city in the USA, Canada, and Australia, and major cities around the world. To move us faster toward this goal we have developed a sponsorship program we're calling PEP — Partner Enrollment Program.
PEP is designed to allow almost any partner to sponsor a new partner and earn an ongoing referral commission bonus on the income of the sponsored partner. The program is fully funded by Balloon Planet — there will be no increase in your fees and income will not be diminished for newly sponsored partners in order to pay for the program.
The following Q&A ought to answer any questions you may have about how the program works. If it does not, please contact Jim.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS - THE BASIC PROGRAM
1. Is this a pyramid marketing program?
A - No. There is no pyramid with our plan. And unlike most multi-level marketing, this program is only limited to two levels — you represent level one and all of your referred partners represent level two. If one of your partners recruits a new partner, you will not receive a commission bonus on the earnings of these sub-recruits.
2. How much do I earn if I recruit a new partner?
A - You will receive an ongoing monthly commission bonus equal to 5% of your sponsored partner's NET INCOME (what this partner earns after all fees and adjustments). The payment schedule is identical to the current payment schedule — you will be paid the 15th of each month for all orders delivered the previous month. PEP payments are a line item under partner income adjustments.
3. How can I keep track of my earnings?
A - We have programmed your account home page to show your total earned PEP income for the year on the incoming orders page. In addition, your PEP income will appear in each month's online statement.
4. How long will I earn a commission bonus on the sales of a referred partner?
A - Partners are guaranteed the current commission bonus for 2 years for any partner sponsored and enrolled through 2010, provided both the sponsor and sponsored parties remain active Balloon Planet partners. The commission bonus may continue indefinitely, however, Balloon Planet reserves the right to change or terminate the program at any time with thirty days notice (posted on the web site blog and emailed to all partners), although sponsorships activated in 2009 or 2010 will not be subject to any changes during their first 2 years of active service.
5. Is it possible that the terms of the program might be changed?
A - Please see refer to the previous question.
6. Is this program open to all partners?
A - The program is open to all partners except in those cases where new partners are franchisees of the current partner.
7. Are partners who have recently sponsored new partners eligible for PEP?
A - Yes, if the new partners are eligible (not franchisees). PEP income will begin on orders delivered in November 2009. Eligible sponsorships to date are:
Amazing Balloons, Los Angeles — sponsored Balloons Sound Great, Orange County
BalloonZ, Chicago — sponsored BalloonScape, Houston
Balloonatiks, San Antonio — sponsored Balloonatiks of Austin
8. How do I enroll in the program?
A - The first step to enrolling begins with sponsoring your first partner. After introducing the concept of partnership to another qualified company, have a representative of that company contact us to confirm availability of their territory. Make sure they advise us that you will be their sponsor. When your sponsored company is enrolled we will program your online account to be linked to that of the new partner. That's all there is to it.
9. How many companies may I sponsor?
A - There is no limit to how many companies a partner may sponsor.
10. May I enter into an agreement with my sponsored partners which would allow me to earn a percentage of the income earned by additional partners which they might sponsor?
A - No. It is against Balloon Planet policy for any partner to develop any income earning relationship with other partners outside of the officially recognized channels of the PEP program.
11. May I sponsor another company that operates within a territory already represented by a Balloon Planet partner?
A - It depends on the status of the relationship with the partner/s in that territory. Some territories are represented under exclusive agreements, however, this is not the case with all territories. Please contact us to learn the status of any particular territory.
